A day in the life of a CYW conveyancer
Interacting with great clients, undertaking challenging and interesting work and, when your day is done, you can be comfortable knowing we value your work-life balance and encourage you to leave your work at work. Whilst providing exceptional customer service day-to-day, you can expect to:
- manage and/or assist with a portfolio of residential property transactions
- liaise with clients, real estate agents and financial institutions
- prepare and review legal documents and contracts
- ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations
- utilise platforms such as PEXA, Titles Queensland, TriConvey, QRO
About you
You’re a dedicated and detail-oriented professional with a passion for conveyancing. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering exceptional service tailored to each client. You are looking to work with a fantastic and supportive team of other professionals who value and respect each other. Additionally, you have:
- experience in Queensland conveyancing (essential)
- strong understanding of property law and regulations
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- proficiency in conveyancing software and technology
- a proactive and client-focused approach
