AddressWe are a law firm in the Ipswich CBD who is looking for a full time, A-Z Conveyancer to join our friendly team. The successful candidate will be required to be familiar with residential and commercial conveyancing and be able to run their own files from start to finish.
Your duties involve:
- Taking client instructions;
- Independent coordination and management of files;
- Preparation of all necessary conveyancing documents;
- Liaising with third parties including financiers, agents and other Solicitors;
- Attending to all PEXA and inhouse stamping requirements;
- Booking settlement and calculating settlement figures;
- Conducting property searches;
- Invoicing and preparing final correspondence;
- General office duties including answering phones and welcoming clients.
We welcome applications from candidates who have the following skills and experience:
- A minimum of 2 years in residential and commercial conveyancing;
- Experience with PEXA and OSR platforms;
- Exceptional client service skills and responsiveness;
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to consistently produce accurate, high-quality work;
- Exceptional time management and organisation skills;
- The initiative to take control and ownership of their own matters;
- Experience in LEAP advantageous.
