What we need from you:

• ability to handle residential conveyancing files A - Z
• Justice of the Peace / Commissioner of Declarations qualification, and
• your pleasant telephone manner

What would make you stand out from the rest:

Experience within:

• Leasing
• Family Law
• Pexa
• QRO Online
• Smokeball

What else is involved in your day:

• Meeting and greeting clients
• Answering the phone
• Booking appointments
• Opening files and drafting appointment confirmation emails to clients
• Receipting deposits and entering trust cheques into Smokeball and balancing the trust account against bank statements

We're flexible at Gullickson Lawyers, and everyone helps out, so if you have a good level head and an ability to learn, then this role will not disappoint, with plenty of variety.
