You’ll be handling key tasks on the day-to-day such as diary management, preparing briefs and corresponding with various stakeholders.Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with drafting FCFCOA documents
• Corresponding with clients, organisations and other solicitors
• Assisting with the preparation of financial agreements
• Preparing briefs to counsel
• File opening and closing
• Diary management
• Assisting with general telephone enquiries
• Data entry
• Maintaining filing system

Your skills and experience

• 2 years experience in a similar role
• Be familiar with the processes surrounding the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft office suite
