The role:

We are seeking an experienced Conveyancer/Paralegal who wants to joinour practice in Bondi Junction.

You will be assisting the principal with property andconveyancing matters from initial instruction through to settlement. 

Your duties will include:

•           Liaising with clients, banks,solicitors, real estate agents and mortgage brokers on a daily basis generallyby phone email and zoom.

•           Manageexisting relationships and build new network relationships.

About You:

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:

•           Excellentcommunication skills (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.

•           Meticulousattention to detail

•           Theability to work under pressure in a busy environment.

•           Positivecan-do attitude, punctual and reliable

•           Exceptionaltelephone manner

•           Ability toprioritise workload and meet strict deadlines;

•           Proficientin PEXA

•           Experiencewith Tri Convey/TriSearch, Leap or Smokeball desirable

•           Experiencewith Tri Convey/TriSearch, Leap or Smokeball desirable

•           A minimumof 2 years practical experience in conveyancing
