Form of workMaguire & McInerney Lawyers are currently seeking a Licensed Conveyancer or Conveyancing Paralegal for a 2 month assignment within our busy conveyancing and property department. You will work with one of the Partners and our conveyancing team liaising with clients and other parties in all aspects of the conveyancing process.
The successful applicant must have experience relating to the sale and purchase of land, and certainly be familiar with PEXA and must be able to work in a collegiate environment.
You will need to have good oral communication skills and fine attention to detail.
The position will be well remunerated and will be commensurate with experience.
To be considered for this opportunity you will need:-
- 1 year + conveyancing experience;
- Positive 'can do' attitude and willingness to take on challenges;
- Excellent communication and organisational skills;
- A great work ethic and be keen to learn and develop;
- To be available from 13 March 2024 to 10 May 2024 minimum of 3 days per week.
