In this role you will be providing conveyancing / administration managing a range of commercial and residential conveyancing matters from start to finish.
In this role you will be providing support to a friendly director and a fun and passionate Property Law team.
Typical duties include:
- Preparation of legal document
- Use of PEXA online settlements platform to complete settlements
- Liaise with third parties including solicitors, conveyancers.
- Attend to all administration tasks associated with conveyancing files including scanning, filing and invoicing
- File management including opening and closing files
- Managing diary appointments
- Drafting general correspondence of documents and letters
- Other general administrative duties as required
The successful applicant will have the ability to hit the ground running and will be experienced with Leap and Pexa.
