We are seeking a Conveyancing Clerk to join our busy team. You must be a team player with a friendly disposition.
This is a full-time role Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm.
What You’ll Bring
The successful applicant will possess the following:
- Previous experience in a secretarial role would be an advantage however training will be provided;
- Experience with MYOB is preferred, but not essential;
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task;
- Preparation of high quality documents with particular focus on attention to detail;
- Excellent word processing skills including file and diary management;
- A professional presentation with an excellent telephone manner;
- A caring/empathetic nature;
- Good comprehension and typing skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work independently and as part of our small team
- Self-disciplined and highly organised
Remuneration commensurate with experience.
