About the Company

The Department of Communities and Justice delivers legal, court and supervision services to the people of NSW by managing courts and justice services, implementing programs to reduce crime and re offending, managing custodial and community-based correctional services, protecting rights and community standards and advising on law reform and legal matters.

Corrective Services NSW (CSNSW) delivers professional correctional services and programs to reduce the risk of re-offending and enhance public safety. It serves a key function of the NSW Communities and Justice Sector by providing effective, safe and humane management of offenders both in custody and in the community CSNSW also works in partnership with other government and community agencies to ensure that offenders and their families are supported.

About the role

Corrective Services NSW is seeking a highly motivated individual to provide high level advice and analysis on all matters relating to the business Branch and co-ordinate the development of high-level reports, submissions and briefing notes to achieve optimum level of outcomes required by internal and external stakeholders within tight deadlines.

About you

As the Manager Compliance and Performance, your resilience, attention to detail, and ability to apply analytical and problem-solving skills whilst prioritising competing deadlines of a variety of stakeholders who might have conflicting priorities in a highly evolving and changing environment are key attributes to succeed in this fast-paced role.

  • Current and valid driving licence and willingness to travel within NSW
