Full time, Conveyancer/Paralegal to join a well-established legal practice located in Engadine.
About Us
We are a small, busy and well-established firm located in Engadine. Our main areas of practice include Conveyancing, Estate Planning, Estate Administration and Family Law.
Features of the Role
- Office based.
- Assisting with all aspects of a conveyance from pre-contract review and preparation to post settlement, including use of the PEXA platform.
- Liaising with clients, banks, real estate agents, solicitors and other third parties to prepare all required correspondence and legal documents.
- Drafting emails and detailed correspondence.
- Preparing and amending legal documentation.
- Billing and file management with general administrative duties.
Requirements
- A good working knowledge of PEXA and Leap software.
- A minimum of 5-years Conveyancing Paralegal experience.
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong team player but also able to work independently.
- A friendly and professional demeanour.
- Strong organisational skills to manage high volume work and tight deadlines.
