Fairmont Legal is seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of either a Legal Assistant/Secretary, Career Paralegal, or Conveyancer.
This role is strictly only for full-time applicants.
Experience in conveyancing is essential.
If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at handling high volumes of files, and are exceptionally organised, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist partners with various legal tasks
- Maintain meticulous records and handle administrative duties
- Take carriage of conveyancing matters from exchange to settlement
- Answering telephone calls and first point of contact
Qualifications:
- Experience as a legal secretary, paralegal, or a conveyancer is preferred particularly working with conveyancing
- Proficiency in LEAP and PEXA platforms is highly desirable
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle high volumes of work with efficiency and accuracy
