Qualifications & experience
- Current First Aid & CPR (Essential)
- Current WWCC (Essential)
- Current Comprehensive Car Insurance (essential)
- Current Drivers License (Essential)
- Police check (Essential - Obtained within the last 3 years)
Tasks & responsibilities
- Personal care (essential)
- Food preparation
- Supporting clients in the community
- Implementing behaviour support plans aimed at supporting clients who demonstrate behaviours of concern to achieve their goals.
- Supporting clients to develop and maintain independence.
- Performing various household tasks including menu planning, cooking and serving meals, cleaning, shopping and other activities of daily living.
Office Administration and NDIS Compliance Position Responsibilities:
Tasks & responsibilities
- Maintain complaints and incident registers.
- Ensure staff compliance is kept to 100%
- Oversee staff training and development
- Perform client and house risk assessments
- Be available to relieve on call phone when required
Additional relevant responsibilities when required.
Requirements of the position:
- Minimum of Certificate IV in individual support/ community services and or relevant.
