Yoko Dining is looking for Cooks/ Chefs. This position is a full-time ongoing position, working 38 hours per week based in Howard Smith Wahrves Precinct.
They will be responsible for the following duties:
- Work across all sections of the kitchen, from cooking over fire to pastry and larder sections
- Help to ensure the smooth-running of your section, working closely with the team to execute
- Train junior team members to the Yoko Dining standard
- Stock ordering and regular stock-takes

For this position it is expected that you would possess the following qualifications/work experience:
- 2 years minimum experience required
- Relevant Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma;
- Experience in Japanese cuisine a plus not essential
Salary: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 plus 11% Super
