Form of workGreca Restaurant is looking for Cooks/ Chefs. This position is a full-time ongoing position, working 38 hours per week based in Howard Smith Wharves, Brisbane, QLD.
They will be responsible for the following duties:
• Work across all sections of the kitchen, from cooking over fire to pastry and larder sections
• Help to ensure the smooth-running of your section, working closely with the team to execute
• Train junior team members to the Greca standard
• Stock ordering and regular stock-takes

For this position it is expected that you would possess the following qualifications/work experience:
• 2 years minimum experience required
• Relevant Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma;
• Experience in Greek cuisine a plus not essential
Salary: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 plus 11% Super
