Form of workBFM Group is the manufacturer of the wholesale brands Tiffanys Cakes and savouries, Brahman Pies, Perricili biscuits and the Loaf Factory and is situated on the north side of Brisbane in Everton Hills. A position has recently become open for an experienced cook to join our team.
To successfully fill this position the following skills are required.
-Maintain effective, profitable stock control on a daily basis;
-Have a calm approach with the ability to delegate and prioritise under pressure and at times in a fast paced, demanding environment;
-Be passionate and dedicated to consistently produce a high standard of cuisine
-Be self motivated with the ability to motivate and educate the kitchen brigade using your previous experience in quality kitchen environments;
-Impeccable personal hygiene and high standards of kitchen cleanliness
In Return the following will be provided
-No weekends, no nights and no split shifts.
-Ability to learn different sections of the kitchen.
-Great friendly working environment
