The Lakes Hotel is searching for a highly skilled Cook for their busy kitchen in The Entrance. This is a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced Cook to join its award winning team. In this role you will be given a great deal of guidance and instruction in assisting with prep and grill cooking.
This is a kitchen that thrives on constant creativity and every cook will be encouraged to show what they can do.

• Maintain high level kitchen standards and quality
• Ensure that the Kitchen Minimum Standards are being complied to
• Assist in the efficient running of Kitchen operations
• Deliver outstanding food in taste and presentation
