About the Role
Working as Coordinator of Elorac Place Community Centre, you will oversee the management of the Centre that will include the organisation of events and activities and engaging and supporting the community. You will also provide support and supervision to a small team of staff and volunteers. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Engaging in community development practices to develop and lead events and activities for the community of Ellen Grove and surrounding suburbs
- Overseeing the financial management and organisation of the Centre and the program
- Building networks, relationships and connections with service providers, the community and other key stakeholders
About You
The Coordinator for Elorac Place will have:
- A passion for the community
- A high level of organisational skills
- The capacity to be flexible and take initiative
- A combination of skills, experience, and qualifications to meet the requirements of the role
