ADD VALUE - THE ROLE

In this position you will be a hands-on leader, working alongside a dedicated and experienced team of IT professionals and trainees. The position will lead the development, implementation and maintenance of Council's ICT solutions. This is an autonomous position where your strong IT experience will combine with your exceptional leadership skills to continue the IT team's customer-centric approach and engage with the wider organisation as a valued business partner. Experience within the Local Government environment is desirable, but more important is your significant experience in managing a complex ICT environment and your demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop staff.

This position is offered on a permanent, fulltime basis working 35 hours per week. 

Remuneration package for this position is based on Grade 15 of Council's Salary System Protocol which equates to a base salary of $111,228 - $125,114 per annum.
