About this role

The position practises as a Senior Registered Nurse (SRN) in keeping with the Australian Nursing and Midwifery Board Registration Standards and Nursing Practice Decision Flowchart; provides leadership in the coordination, management and governance of Nursing services within the WA Cancer & Palliative Care Network Clinical Implementation Unit (WACPCN CIU); provides support to the Service Director and works in collaboration with the other multidisciplinary teams in WAPCNC CIU to develop and implement strategic direction for the Cancer Network, including progression of the WA Cancer Plan, health reform strategy and continuous quality improvement;  manages the human, financial and material resources within the Cancer Nurse Coordination Team in accordance with policies, objectives goals and values of the North Metropolitan health Service.

This role reports to the Service Director Cancer Network WA.
