Coordinator Program Management Office
Things We’ll Trust You With:
- Providing a centralised coordination, monitoring and measurement for the effective delivery of capital projects from Councils Delivery Plan and Operational Plan (DP/OP) through the establishment of a Program Management Office (PMO).
- Effectively communicating with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitating the creation of relevant, timely, and accurate data management and reporting all infrastructure and non-infrastructure projects.
Things You’ll Do:
- Be a true business partner for the Division.
- Take the lead on the maturing of a project management framework, standards and tools to drive and facilitate the successful delivery of projects.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to provide access to relevant, accurate and meaningful information to the right people to support decision making.
- Lead a team with autonomy through a leadership style that empowers team members to take accountability within a trusted and transparent environment.
- Provide strategic leadership and planning - ensuring that the right information is available to the right people at the right time.
- Effectively navigate changing environments and develop strategies to position Council for constructive decisions.

Package: $109,000 - $123,000 gross p.a. plus 11% superannuation. Salary will be determined based on the skills and experience of the successful candidate.
Hours of work: Permanent Full time 35 hour per week with the option of a 19 day month.
