Salary Level HEW 7 + 17% Superannuation and Flexible Working Arrangements
Based at the Melbourne CBD campus, but may be required to work and/or be based at other campuses of the University.
About You
The Coordinator Student Lifecycle leads the provision of program administrative support and customer service to students across the Student Lifecycle, with a strong focus on delivering an excellent student experience.
Leading a team of dedicated professional staff, you will play a lead role in program administration and delivery support activities, with an emphasis on enrolment, and at times including timetabling, scheduling, and other activities across the student journey.
This role is crucial to the success of College goals, as the position acts as a key liaison point with Program Delivery Directors and Program Managers, and works closely with the unit’s Associate Director and Manager to enable enrolment, prevent and resolve process blockers, support program delivery, monitor and report on performance, delivery operations and productivity, and allocate resources as required.
Operating within a process driven environment this role is essential to ensure consistency and that tasks are achieved according to university policies and procedures and external regulations. The candidate will be required to utilise their negotiation and influencing skills to ensure VE's success and will draw on support as needed. Strong customer service, process improvement, and data analysis skills are also required.

To be successful in this position, you’ll have:
· Effective leadership skills including the capacity to initiate, manage and lead a team in a challenging and dynamic environment.
· Experience in a senior administration role with the ability to work proactively and autonomously.
· Highly developed interpersonal, oral and written communication and negotiation skills that enable internal and external collaboration with a wide range of management, staff and external parties on complex, sensitive and confidential issues.
· Ability to effectively develop, lead, supervise and motivate staff to contribute to improvement of processes and business operations.
· Highly developed analytical and innovative problem-solving skills and an ability to think strategically.
· Highly organised with excellent time management with ability to prioritise meeting conflicting deadlines.
· Ability to collect and analyse data, produce reports, and develop and implement strategies that effectively address areas of improvement.
Qualifications
· Relevant tertiary qualification and/or substantial relevant experience
