About the Role
We are seeking a creative and talented Copywriter to join our dynamic marketing team on a contract basis initially for 6 months with an opportunity to grow into a permanent role.
As a Copywriter supporting our marketing and Customer Success Teams, you will play a crucial role in crafting compelling and persuasive content to effectively communicate our brand message and engage our target audience as well as supporting customer facing tender responses.
You will be responsible for creating high-quality copy for various marketing channels, including digital, print, and social media. The ideal candidate possesses a strong command of the English language, creativity, and a keen understanding of marketing strategies and tender requirements.
This is a fast-paced role with an opportunity to jump in and get involved in the inner workings of Planit!
Responsibilities
- Develop creative and persuasive content for various marketing materials, tender responses including but not limited to internal communications, announcements, website content, email campaigns, social media posts, and other promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and generate innovative ideas for campaigns and initiatives.
- Maintain and reinforce the brand voice and messaging across all communication channels.
- Ensure consistency in tone, style, and messaging to build and strengthen brand identity.
- Use insights to tailor messaging that resonates with specific demographics and customer segments.
- Work closely with designers, marketing team members and other stakeholders to ensure that the content aligns seamlessly with visual elements and overall campaign objectives.
- Review and edit content for clarity, grammar, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in messaging across different platforms.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Copywriter within marketing or internal communications teams.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of writing samples across different channels.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality, error-free content.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
