If you answered yes, you’re in luck! Messages On Hold is looking for an enthusiastic Copywriter to join our writing team.

This role is available for someone who can work Monday to Friday at 7 hours each day, and you’ll initially work from our bright & spacious Osborne Park office while you learn the role. As you progress, you’ll transition to a hybrid role working from home and office.

• Experience working within a collaborative team in an office environment.
• Previous copywriting experience.
• Outstanding written communication skills.
• A firm understanding of the English language, grammar, syntax, and punctuation.
• Supreme attention to detail.
• Creativity oozing from every pore.
• A bright, bubbly personality.
• An impeccable and professional phone manner.
• An understanding of how to write persuasive advertising, marketing, and social media.
• To live in Perth, to allow you to come into the office as required.
• As a bonus, experience working with an AI writing program.

As a Copywriter at Messages On Hold, here’s what your 7-hour day will usually entail:

• Scripting phone and voice over marketing messages for all kinds of businesses in Australia and around the world.
• Editing and proofing your fellow copywriters’ work.
• Occasionally writing blogs, social media posts, and web copy, and brainstorming creative marketing concepts.
• Maybe even stepping into one of our recording studios as a voice talent or learning the ins and outs of our audio production process.
