- Wide range of content development opportunities ranging from ASX material, news articles for targeted publications, feature articles and opinion pieces, to social media and email marketing campaigns.
- Grow your understanding of the ASX, resources, agriculture, energy, renewables, technology sectors and more.
- Produce high quality written content for application across traditional and digital mediums.
- Assist with general media management and client counsel - respond to media enquiries and arrange interviews as required, distribute media releases, pitch stories and provide client recommendations.
- Develop recommendations for proactive media opportunities across client account - and implement them.
- Assist with planning and delivering media training or simulation to clients where necessary.
- Work autonomously and as part of a team to achieve desired publicity outcomes.
- Bring and further develop a strong level of media knowledge and understanding of the media landscape, particularly with regard to capital market, business and corporate news.
- Tertiary qualifications in Journalism, Mass Communications, Public Relations or similar field.
- Professional experience of three (3) to five (5) years in one or a combination of the above fields.
- Base salary range from $75,000 to $86,000 + superannuation
- Incentive scheme – to be discussed after successful completion of 3-month probation
- Phone allowance, laptop and interstate travel provided
- Flexible working arrangements available once established in the role
