Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, this key position provides leadership and guidance to the accounting team ensuring accurate and timely preparation of monthly accounts and financial reporting for the business. You will also partner with Business Unit Managers to ensure compliance with finance policies and processes. Furthermore you will play a key role in the planning and commissioning of a financial system upgrade, continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation and statutory compliance.

A hands-on and strategic approach to the role, combined with practical delivery and the ability to manage a variety of complex tasks concurrently is required. A mature, confident professional possessing strong personal motivation and confirmed people management leadership ability will ensure success in this key strategic position.
