Our client is an Australian investment platform that enables access to a range of IPOs and capital raises.
As a Corporate Finance Specialist, you will play a key role in overseeing and executing the operational and strategic aspects of capital raising activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the collection of investor bids and manage allocations;
- Oversee the allotment of shares and the share registry process;
- Manage delivery versus purchase and direct settlement processes including the transferring of funds;
- Assist in the onboarding and training of institutional and high-net-worth clients;
- Provide ongoing support to investors and companies in addressing queries or concerns, post-raise;
- Collaborate with the marketing team in coordinating marketing initiatives; AND
- Actively seek out and evaluate potential deals in IPOs and Pre- IPOs.
- Proven experience with the capital raising process and strong understanding of financial markets;
- Strong numerical and technical skills, with the ability to perform financial calculations accurately and efficiently;
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to communicate accurately and professionally;
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with confidence in engaging various external stakeholders;
- Proficiency in using social media and digital marketing tools for business promotions;
- Outstanding attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage time effectively and juggle competing priorities; AND
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
