ABOUT THE POSITION:
The Corporate and Allied Health Administration worker will be involved in a broad range of administration tasks throughout the Corporate and Allied Health service areas.
This position operates on a 9-day fortnight, rotating roster with varied start and finish times. The applicant must be willing to work between the hours of 6:00 am and 8:30 pm, Monday to Friday and 7:00 am to 11:00 am on Saturday. Outside of business hour shifts will be allocated as required and will attract penalty rates.
DUTIES:
- General Administration tasks including, but not limited to: answering phone calls; arranging appointments; word processing and filing;
- Processing of incoming and outgoing mail;
- Client referral entering and processing; and
- Gym reception.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- No previous experience required.
- Excellent telephone manner and great communication skills.
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong organisation and time management skills to prioritise work and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently whilst functioning within a team setting.
- High level of computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems quickly and retain information.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- A current driver's licence is essential or ability to obtain.
- A First Aid Certificate or ability to obtain.
- Complete COVID-19 Vaccination Status (as per IWC Policy)
- A Blue Card (Working with Children Card QLD)* or ability to obtain.
- A Federal Police Check or ability to obtain.
* No Card, No Start legislation means that the successful applicant will need to have a valid blue card before they start work. IWC will cover the costs of this application for the successful candidate.
SALARY PACKAGE:
Your Salary Package is made up of the following: -
- Salary Sacrifice Packaging valued up to $15,990 per annum – adding approximately $2,000 to your take home pay (available after completion of probation).
- Meals and Entertainment Package up to $2,600 per annum (available after completion of probation).
- 9-Day Fortnight (for full-time staff).
- Superannuation valued at 10.5%.
- Annual Leave Loading of 17.5%.
