We are growing our team and now have an exciting opportunity for another experienced Corporate, Commercial & Property Lawyer with at least 5 years+ PAE in these practice areas to join our busy team.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior Partners and other Lawyers and Law Clerks within the team.
It is essential that the candidate possess sound knowledge and practical skills in a variety of property, corporate and commercial related transactions including but not limited to:
- residential and commercial sale and purchase of property
- drafting, reviewing and negotiating retail and commercial leases
- property developments, subdivisions and off the plan advice
- corporate business structures (partnerships, trusts, incorporations)
- unitholder and shareholder agreements
- co-ownership agreements
- sale and purchase of business
- contract reviews and negotiation
The successful candidate will be required to work in our EMERALD (VIC) office with some travel to our Belgrave and Pakenham offices from time to time.
