As your role will be a leadership one supervising a tight-knit team, work from home won’t be available, but our city location makes us easily accessible.
Who you are:
- A lawyer with 4-6 years PQE.
- Substantial property experience.
- Good attention to detail and ability to manage your time.
- Ability to act independently and handle files with little oversight.
- Asian language skills, particularly Mandarin or Bahasa Indonesian, handy on occasion but not essential.
- Some occasional overseas travel a possibility.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Supervising the property team as they undertake day-to-day conveyancing.
- Drafting and reviewing contracts of sale.
- Taking charge of more complex transactions such as subdivisions, consolidations, trust to beneficiary transfers, mortgages, etc.
- Managing clients and stakeholders, with a good service level and ability to negotiate when problems inevitably arise.
- Handling high-volume off-the-plan developments.
