Key Responsibilities:

• Providing expert legal advice on business, property, and Commercial Law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a range of commercial agreements and transactions, such as sale and purchase agreements, lease agreements, and shareholder agreements.
• Conducting thorough legal research and analysis to support clients in navigating regulatory frameworks, compliance requirements, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Assisting in structuring and executing complex transactions, including due diligence investigations and transactional documentation preparation.
• Offering strategic guidance on legal matters related to commercial property development, leasing, and financing.
• Representing clients in negotiations, mediations, and dispute resolution proceedings, ensuring their interests are protected and favourable outcomes are achieved.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless execution of transactions and legal initiatives.

Requirements:

• Tertiary degree from a reputable institution.
• Minimum of 5 years PQE in a reputable law firm with expertise across business, property, and Commercial Law.
• Demonstrated expertise in handling diverse transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and real estate transactions.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a meticulous attention to detail.
• A proven track record of delivering high-quality legal advice and services in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
