Job description

This is an outstanding opportunity to step into a corporate environment and hone your professional skills. As a Civium Corporate Concierge team member, you will play a pivotal role in providing authentic service experiences. 

As the first point of contact, your role will encompass various tasks, including handling inquiries, coordinating services, and creating a welcoming environment for all.

This role is permanent part-time Monday to Friday 2pm to 6pm only 

 NO WEEKEND WORK .

Duties include:

  • Providing a unique welcoming experience for all staff and visitors
  • Build and foster positive relationships with residents by addressing their needs promptly and professionally, resolving complaints or concerns, and maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times.
  • Act as a point of contact during emergency situations, following established protocols and coordinating with relevant authorities, ensuring resident safety and well-being.
  • Assist residents with a wide range of services, such as coordinating maintenance requests, package handling, scheduling appointments, process key, fob and remote orders and managing reservations and cleaning of common areas and facilities. 
  • Monitor and maintain building security, ensuring only authorised individuals have access to residential areas. Enforce community rules and regulations to ensure a safe and harmonious living environment.
  • Monitor online discussions groups and create notices 

About you:

  • Preferably worked within a corporate environment including reception or concierge services, hotels or front desk.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple requests simultaneously, and maintain attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment.
  • A genuine passion for customer service, demonstrating empathy, patience, and problem-solving skills to exceed resident expectations.
  • Advanced Computer skills & knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Professional corporate presentation & demeanor
  • Comfortable using basic computer software and tools, such as email, internet browsers, and facility management systems.
