Your new role
As the Manager of our Corporate Finance team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our division forward. Your responsibilities will include:

Transactional Expertise: Lead and oversee business sales and acquisitions, ensuring seamless execution and optimal outcomes for our clients.
Financial Due Diligence: Conduct thorough assessments of financial data, identifying risks and opportunities.
Business Valuations: Apply your analytical skills to determine accurate valuations for a diverse range of businesses.
Commercial Banking: Collaborate with financial institutions to secure funding for our clients' ventures.
Financial Modelling and Forecasting: Develop robust financial models to guide strategic decision-making.
Strategic Business Advice: Provide insightful recommendations to clients, helping them achieve their goals.
What you'll need to succeed
To thrive in this role, you'll need:

Qualifications: Ideally have completed the CA Qualification or similar
Experience: Proven experience in Corporate Finance, ideally within a similar mid-tier or Big 4 Firm in Australia
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Leadership: The ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering collaboration and growth.
