Our Corporate Finance division undertakes a broad range of dynamic and challenging work beyond ‘number crunching’ to offer our clients solutions and support. Our focus is on transactional work, including business sales and acquisitions, financial due diligence, business valuations, but also extends to commercial banking, financial modelling and forecasting and strategic business advice. We are seeking a Manager to support the ongoing growth of the division so that we can continue to strive to be the leading Corporate Finance team in Adelaide.
Key Responsibilities
Undertake Corporate Finance projects which may include:
- M&A - Business Sales and Acquisitions
- Financial Due Diligence
- Business Valuations
- Financial Modelling and Forecasting
- Commercial Banking Services
- Strategic Planning & Business Reviews
- Management Accounting and Reporting
- Other financial consulting and advice services
Management Responsibilities:
- Supporting and assisting the Directors and Principals
- Managing and leading junior staff
- Managing workflow and priorities for the team
- Drive business development to contribute to growing the division
- Have outstanding communication with colleagues and clients
- Monitor the completion of work to ensure that it remains within both time and budgetary constraints
About You
You are looking to build your career in Professional Services amongst a supportive team of great professionals.
You are degree qualified in Commerce, Accounting or a similar discipline with management experience in a professional services environment.
You may come from a Corporate Finance, business advisory, commercial banking, valuation, business broking or insolvency background. You will have demonstrated experience in any of the above services offerings to be able to contribute to the skillset of our Corporate Finance division.
