Due to the growth of the business, our client is looking for a Finance Officer to assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable. This opportunity offers you:

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Ensure that all AP processes are completed efficiently and as accurately as possible for multiple entities and ensure all payments are made on time
- Complete end of month reconciliations
- Assist with monthly processing of corporate credit expenditure for all entities
- Processing daily receipting of bank deposits into the AR sub-ledger for all business entities
- Regularly reconcile customer accounts and work with the Commercial & Legal Senior Administrators to follow up on overdue accounts
- Report monthly to management on status of outstanding debts
- Complete daily bank reconciliations
You will be a high performing, mature Accounts Officer who enjoys hardworking commercial environments and take pride in their work. A high level of attention to detail is essential.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are equally important as being able to work within the team and external stakeholders will be critical to your success in this role. You will also be able to think independently to solve problems and show initiative.
Previous experience with a large FMIS is highly desirable.
Salary / Rate
Up to $79k + Super and free onsite parking
