Form of workOpportunity for a Senior Lawyer to come on board to ensure the business in Australia and the APAC region is sailing smoothly. This is an international financial services organisation, which will be a great addition to your already impressive resume.
You'll be the right-hand person to the Head of Legal APAC, tackling key issues and navigating legal risks. There is also an opportunity to manage some more junior lawyers on the team, if desired.
Your role will include but not be limited to contract review and complex negotiations, attending to regulatory matters, privacy, licensing and general commercial matters. You will also have a seat at the table at senior leadership and executive meetings. A full job description is available on request.
Skills & experience
You will ideally have 7+ PQE from either a highly regarded law firm and/or in-house Legal team. Your knowledge of the Corporations Act and other equivalent legislation will set you up for success in this role.
