About The Role
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be manage a small team of Migration Agents performing primarily employer sponsored immigration assistance. Key responsibilities will be:
- Supervise the work of a team of 3-4 RMA’s
- Manage Company Specific, Industry and DAMA Labour Agreement applications
- Provide technical knowledge leadership in employer sponsored immigration law and policy
- Actively manage client relationships by providing timely, complete and accurate advice when requested
- Support corporate clients with compliance requirements
- Conduct consultations and assessments providing accurate and complete advice regarding visa options
The successful candidate will be offered:
- Salary $120k-$135k plus super plus 10% annual bonus
- Up to 20 points of CPD’s annually

Qualifications and Requirements
The successful candidate will have the following attributes :
- Must be a Registered Migration Agent or Legal Practitioner expert in :
- Employer sponsored law and policy (ie. 482,186,494,400,408,407)
- Employer sponsorship compliance obligations
- Competent in :
- DAMA’s, Industry, and Company Specific Labour Agreements
- General skilled migration law and policy
- Excellent professional English written and oral communication including ability to communicate with a wide range of clients including CEO’s/MD’s, General Managers, People Managers, HR advisors, Recruitment personnel and individual migrants from a variety of backgrounds.
- Excellent case management and organizational skills to manage deadlines and perform in a fast-paced role
- Diligent attention to detail, thorough and conscientious approach to all cases especially when under pressure
- Demonstrated professionalism, integrity and strong customer service instincts
- Minimum 3 years’ post qualification experience managing employer sponsored cases full time
- Experience with Migration Manager preferred
