About the role:

• Working with an Award-Winning Partner and Head of Franchise/US practice in a Leading Corporate practice
• Advising on a range of corporate matters such as corporate structuring, mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings, corporate compliance, cooperate governance and managed investment schemes.

The ideal candidate:Practical & commercial-minded Lawyer with at least 3+ PQE; with

• A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university, underpinned by strong academic records;
• A team player, who is also capable of working autonomously;
• Excellent communication skills & meticulous attention to detail; and
• Exceptional time management skills and ability to prioritise matters.
