The Firm & The RoleOur client is a growing commercial law and their construction team is experiencing growth. To this end, the firm is looking to recruit a lawyer with at least 1 to 4 years pae.This role will see you having autonomy, client responsibility and assisting in the further growth of the practice group. You will play a role in further growing the team and cementing client relationships.The team has experience in both front end and back-end construction matters. However, the focus of the work will be more back-end matters and building defects litigation.This would suit a

About YouThe ideal candidate will:- Be a Construction Lawyer or commercial litigation lawyer (who wants to pivot to construction work) with at least 12 months post admission experience (pre-admission experience will be looked upon favourably)
- Have strong writing and litigation skills
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Have the ability to work under pressure
- Have the ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Have energy, drive and enthusiasm
