The role:
Our growing Legal team is seeking a Senior Corporate Lawyer to join the Infrastructure and Assets team which advises on all legal aspects of Snowy Hydro's major projects, land and environment, safety, employment and procurement activities. This is a Sydney based role reporting to the Deputy General Counsel - Infrastructure and Assets.
We're looking for someone with:
A Bachelor of Law qualification and current practicing certificate
Minimum 8 years post qualification experience in private practice or in-house
Demonstrated ability to provide strategic, timely, high quality legal advice in at least one of the following areas:
‘Back end' project delivery/operations;
Safety and employment;
Property, planning and environment;
‘Front end' project procurement.
The ability to work independently, effectively manage competing priorities and maintain effective working relationships with others inside and outside the legal team to achieve results and contribute to a positive and productive workplace culture.
