About the role and responsibilities:
We are seeking a Corporate Receptionist to join our dynamic and high performing team. The role will see you providing Front of House Concierge service with a focus on delivering the highest standards of client care.
The role is a Full-time role and the working hours are from 9am to 6pm. However, we are open to candidates with part-time availability, preferably Monday through Thursday. The day-to-day responsibilities in the role include:
- welcoming our clients and providing a high level service to ensure we meet their needs
- owning the client space ensuring everything is ready for our guests
- managing meeting room booking system (Condeco) and all queries
- incoming call management
- general administrative duties and managing the front of house area
- collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless coordination of client visits and appointments
- providing support during company events or meetings, including setup, coordination of catering, and assisting with guest arrivals.
About you:
To be successful, you will be required to have:
- exceptional presentation and attitude
- excellent communication skills, including the ability to resolve queries professionally
- ability to prioritise tasks efficiently in a fast paced environment
- previous Reception/Concierge experience in a Corporate environment
- highly adaptable and flexible with the ability to work independently
- intermediate Microsoft Office skills
