The Corporate Liaison Network within the Service Design Section is responsible for streamlining Corporate Services engagement by embedding Corporate Liaison Network officers in State/Territory office locations. We are seeking to fill the role of Corporate Liaison Network Officer in Melbourne initially, however the network may extend to various locations including, Sydney, Perth, Orange and Brisbane. The successful applicant may be responsible for additional offices within the region.
The key duties of the position include
Reporting to the Assistant Director, Service Design, the Corporate Liaison Network Officer will be responsible for coordinating office requirements, including:
- Being a point of contact for Corporate areas in Canberra for office-based information and referral for practical support of services;
- Providing an integrated and joined up service offer from Corporate Group;
- Assisting in the provision of office and building management services, ensuring access to buildings by visiting staff and contractors;
- Supporting the SES (where applicable) with office specific matters;
- Collaborating and problem solving with other Corporate Liaison Network officers to improve and refine the Network;
- Contributing ideas and participating in Network forums;
- Driving culture and communication activities;
- Managing desk arrangements and staff registers for your region;
- WHS, fire warden and first aid compliance;
- Staff induction and orientation;
- Ad-hoc office duties as required; and
- Ad-hoc travel across your region
