Currently we are seeking a Corporate Receptionist / Administration Assistant to support a renowned Building & construction Real Estate agency, based in Subiaco.
- $55K- $65K plus super, dependant on experience
- Modern executive office in Subiaco
- Highly motivated, positive and dedicated team that support each other.
Supporting the management departments, responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Administration support across all departments
- Assist the managers to ensure the office operations work efficiently and compliant with the company policies and procedures
- Corporate Reception duties, based on front reception
- Customer service - Assisting visitors at the front desk
- Supporting finance & Real Estate departments
- Maintain correspondence, updating and filing of records
- Keeping Boardrooms & meeting rooms tidy
- Maintain stationery stock and supplies
- Ensure the office remains efficient, clean and organised
- Perform other related duties as required
Key Skills:
- Experience in the Building & Real Estate industry highly desirable.
- Ability to effectively communicate with all clientele
- Well-groomed presentation
- Strong computer literacy
- Monday – Friday, working from office in Subiaco.
