Your role will be busy and varied with front of house responsibilities including but not limited to:
- First point of contact for enquiries and requests
- Meeting & greeting guests on arrival
- Email inbox management
- Coordinating, booking and setting up meeting rooms/IT/video conferences etc
- Assist with event management
- Assist with catering orders/requests and monitor stock
To be considered for this opportunity you should have:
- Excellent communication skills along with a high level of attention to detail and professional manner
- Proactive with the ability to problem solve in a timely manner
- Tech savvy – proficient with MO Suite
- Experience working in a professional service environment
