Corporate Receptionist (Part-Time)

A global commercial real estate company is seeking a part-time receptionist to start immediately.
Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting visitors and assisting them with inquiries
• Answering and directing calls to the appropriate persons
• Managing inbox, packages, and deliveries
• Assisting with scheduling appointments, conference room bookings, and other arrangements
• Providing administrative assistance to various departments

Key Requirements:

• Prior experience in the service industry; airline or hospitality preferred
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
