The Position of Administration Assistant / Receptionist has the following core duties:
- Be the first point of contact for MiQ Private Wealth Geraldton - greet and welcome clients and suppliers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
- Ensure a clean and organized work place.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Build long-lasting positive working relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Accurately type, edit, and format letters, file notes, reports, presentations, and other required documentation.
- Handle and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Address inquiries and provide information to clients, customers, or visitors.
- Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed.
- Book and confirm Adviser/s appointments and invitations with clients.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
Your experience:
- Microsoft Office
- Administration experience
- Customer/client service
- XPlan is desirable (not essential)
- Positive helpful can-do attitude
