The Role:
In this role you will oversee the day to day management of this busy Law Firm’s reception desk alongside greeting guests and clients, and managing a busy switchboard. This role will see you as the true face of the company as you welcome a high number of important clients and guests. This is a newly created role as the company is moving into brand new and bigger offices.
This is an on-going temporary, full time role.
- Screen incoming calls and direct them as needed
- Manage the offices general enquires email inbox
- Some general administration work
- Assistant members of the business services team
You will need previous experience on a busy corporate reception with a busy switchboard. You will need to immaculately presented with great customer service and phone manner. Microsoft office knowledge is essential for this role. Previous experience in a Law Firm is highly desirable.
