Closing 11:59pm, Sunday 19th May 2024LiveBetter’s Customer Service Hub (CSH) provides the first point of contact for LiveBetter customers, prospective customers, LiveBetter employees, trade contractors and community members. Within this team, the Corporate Receptionist will be stationed at LiveBetter’s Head Office in Orange, providing overflow phone call support to the CSH and exceptional administrative support to various departments across the organisation, including the Executive Support Officer. As a Corporate Receptionist, your focus is to ensure a positive and professional experience for both internal and external customers.
You will be responsible for greeting visitors, connecting customers with their LiveBetter service representative, processing payments and supporting internal stakeholders with administrative duties.
