Looking for a role in reception & admin in a busy diverse business with a great culture? Our client's looking for a Receptionist/Administration Assistant to become the warm and welcoming face of their Corporate Head Office based in Cannon Hill.
The role which will interact with clients, suppliers and employees. You should be really organised, and enjoy delivering positive customer experiences. In addition, you'll act as backup for accounts and provide administrative support to other departments when needed.
What will you be doing?
- Answer, screen & direct calls, and monitor voice messages.
- Meet and greet visitors & advise the appropriate staff member.
- Receive and distribute deliveries, mail, and posting and delivering outgoing mail.
- Log incoming and outgoing visitors.
- Assist with courier requests and correspondence.
- Undertake tasks for Accounts, such as data entry etc.
- Update all internal contact lists, including staff telephone extensions.
- Manage the phone system, including adding new lines and updating the staff directory.
- Program phones for special greetings, including holidays or non-business hour greetings.
- Assist with company events, including managing lists, attending events, providing support and assisting with events as necessary.
- A professional demeanour and excellent customer service abilities.
- Skills in organising, attention to detail, time management, multi-tasking, & priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office particularly in Outlook, Word & Excel.
