Overview:
- The Corporate Records Systems Officer is accountable to the Team Leader Corporate Records Systems and supports the Objective Electronic Content Management (ECM) System, including coordinating and undertaking a range of high quality technical support, monitoring, quality assurance testing and provision of comprehensive and accurate data reporting.
- Working under limited direction and requiring sound knowledge of agency program, policies, activities, structure and services functions, the role assists in maintaining the integrity of the organisations records management system utilising Objective ECM and Objective Connect. In this capacity the position provides a responsive point of contact and support, advice on project change management, incident management functions and processes and develops and maintains positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- The incumbent will support the Records Governance and Innovation Team by ensuring the systems and processes are monitored and administrative tasks are completed to a high standard, contributing to the effective operation of the Records Governance and Innovation Unit within the Governance Advisory Services Branch.
