Our team in Sales is currently searching for a Corporate Sales Manager.

What awaits you?

  • Working in conjunction with our colleagues from head quarters in Germany, you will be responsible for achieving new sales targets for both the BMW and MINI brands to international key accounts. This will involve e onboarding of new customers, system set up, contract implementation and execution and dealer training.
  • You will be the key liaison between the BMW Group and its retail Dealer network in attaining vehicle sales and targets for Dealer managed customer relationships in both non-private and international customer segments.
  • You will be responsible for the management of the B2C Corporate All Employee Programme to maximise sales and brand opportunities.
  • You will drive and manage loyalty and retention activities to achieve conversion targets.
  • Work with our key collaboration partners and associations in further promoting the BMW Group offer to achieve segments sales targets.
  • In alignment with our local BEV ambitions, implement programs and initiatives to further expand sales and knowledge of the BMW Groups overall global BEV strategy.

Qualifications & Experience         

  • A tertiary qualification in Business or related discipline required.
  • Demonstrated experience within the automotive industry with a focus on international account management.
  • Previous experience in developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns and offers necessary.
  • Strong relationship management experience with the ability to negotiate and influence key stakeholders and present recommendations that are viable and attractive.
  • Proven ability to develop strategies that align to existing business initiatives and that grow identified opportunities.
  • Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
